Our Requirements

Your Day-to-Day Mission

  • Develop, customize, test, and maintain high-quality applications and modules within the Odoo ecosystem.:

  • Design, review, and optimize code to ensure functionality, scalability, and performance.:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers using Git/GitHub for version control and project collaboration.:

  • Implement new features, integrations, and enhancements using Python, JavaScript, and Odoo frameworks.:

  • Work with PostgreSQL databases and ORM concepts for efficient database design and management.:

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure seamless system performance and integration.:

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning activities.:

  • Contribute to open-source projects and stay updated with the latest Odoo and technology trends.:

  • Strategize and execute development processes to deliver optimized business solutions.:

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.:

Back-End Development

  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.:

  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Object Relational Mapping (ORM).:

  • Expertise in Git/GitHub and version control workflows.:

  • Good front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.:

  • Understanding of the Odoo framework, module development, and customization.:

  • Familiarity with PHP and open-source development environments will be an added advantage.:

  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.:

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.:

  • Passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.:

Bonus Expertise We’d Love to See

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Odoo/Python development.:

  • Experience with Odoo module customization, API integrations, and third-party integrations.:

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.:

  • Familiarity with cloud deployment, Linux environments, and server management is a plus.:

  • Contributions to open-source projects or community-driven platforms will be an added advantage.:

  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning.:
