Business Development Executive (US Shift)
Our Requirements
Your Day-to-Day Mission
- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in the US market for IT software services and solutions.:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business trends and opportunities.:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing international clients.:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.:
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches to clients.:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.:
- Coordinate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.:
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and business reports.:
- Participate in international meetings, webinars, and industry events aligned with US business hours.:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.:
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in IT Software Services Sales or Business Development for the US market.:
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and emerging technologies.:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral/professional accent.:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.:
- Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.:
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.:
- Comfortable working in the US Shift and handling international clients.:
Bonus Expertise We’d Love to See
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Software Services Sales or International Business Development.:
- Experience working with US-based clients and understanding of US business culture.:
- Knowledge of SaaS, ERP, AI/ML, Web Development, Cloud, or Enterprise Solutions will be an added advantage.:
- Prior experience in international sales processes and revenue generation strategies preferred.:
