From the moment you open your first ticket to its settlement and closing, everything is structured and transparent in just 4 simple steps.
Raise a Ticket
You describe the problem or task, include any relevant context such as error logs, screenshots, or expected behavior, and submit it through the agreed tracking channel. There are no intake forms or scoping calls required for standard tasks. Straightforward issues move directly into the resolution queue.

We Triage and Assign
Every incoming ticket in the IT support ticket system is reviewed by our team within a defined SLA window. We assess severity, assign a priority level, and route it to the specialist with the most relevant domain experience. You receive a confirmation with the assigned resource and expected resolution timeframe.
Resolution and Communication
